Raven Jane Video Shoot @ The Bakery
Recently, I pulled out my old film SLR and tagged along with my boy Kenny Storms to a video shoot for a local band (Raven Jane) at a brand new local venue (The Bakery). The purpose of the shoot was to create a video for the band’s RocketHub campaign to help fund their upcoming album. I was a bit rusty on shooting film, but overall it created a nice grainy effect which actually worked with the band and location’s aesthetic and feel. Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield, Colorado
This fun trip through what is more a nature preserve than a botanic gardens cost us only $5 for parking. We spent the day walking through wooded areas spotting birds, flowers, insects and making friends with a certain squirrel. Also on location were a co-op farm and a cute little area for wedding vows with a gorgeous vista. Pictures taken on Canon G9.
